I love this little machine. Picks up real well one button press and you have your hand vac. Keep in mind this is not a full size vacuum cleaner it is an auto broom. The cup is small but powerful. If I was to change anything it would be the cup size. Make it a little bigger. I have 3 cats and two full size Aussies, that is why I love my Electrolux. The utensil holder is a little difficult to put silverware in initially as it has a grid on the top ( removable) but it works great to keep water spots off. The cool thing is the dishwasher pops open at the end of the cycle to allow the steam to escape and that means unlike other model, the dishes actually dry. On the other hand, it doesn't clean baked on food well at all, and it seems to tip forward when the racks are pulled out. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars for that reason. I love the Built-in-Button it gives a clean sleek look my kitchen is complete with Cosmo appliances with the exception of that expensive in drawer microwave. This is a great little dehumidifier. We got it for our basement because our old one was getting old and starting to have problems. This one is smaller and a lot quieter. The hose in the back is small. Our old one had a bigger hose and would still get clogged up so I'm concerned about that, but so far it hasn't been a problem. Overall, I'm glad we got it.. Michelle.
