These shower doors are very nice, thick and heavy. They glide very well. Love that the large rollers are the same diameter and match inside the shower as well as outside, also like the towelhandle bars. The header bar is solid and heavy, it has some sort of finish on it, but not sure how that will hold up with wear from the rollers. The bottom rail is supposed to be held down by the center piece, but it doesn’t slot in and hold it properly, it just slips in and out of it. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina.
