Wanted to upgrade our over the stove microwave and found this LG one. I love the slide out vent option. It really does get rid of steam and oil smoke from the front burners. It will help when we change to a gas range and oven. Other reviews stated issues with the side out function. I see no issues with the durability. Just don’t lean on it or put things on it. Power is amazing and food cooks quickly and evenly. Some others disliked that the screen goes blank until you open the door. I don’t notice this as an issue. You have to open the door to put your food in first. The only time it requires opening is to use the timer function. We are very impressed with the look, features, quality and price. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. Love the look and all the accessories that are included in this sink. The quality is good. My only complaint is the fall, or slope of the sink from the left side to the drain is very low. Water drains fine, but if you plan on installing a food disposal, you will need to push any food debris down to the right side. If you use the included rack in the bottom of the sink, that makes it a bit tougher to do, so plan on a powerful faucet sprayer to assist you. I purchased the 35.75” 600 CFM Ducted Wall Mount Range Hood in Stainless Steel (model KBRH1319) on 11/13/2022. Recently, one of the fan knobs broke into two pieces. I was surprised to discover that the knob was made of plastic rather than stainless steel, which raises concerns about the durability and overall quality of the product. When I reached out to customer service for a replacement, I was informed that the unit was out of its 2-year warranty. I was offered a set of five replacement knobs for $5, but with a $17 shipping charge, which I consider excessive.
