Wanted to upgrade our over the stove microwave and found this LG one. I love the slide out vent option. It really does get rid of steam and oil smoke from the front burners. It will help when we change to a gas range and oven. Other reviews stated issues with the side out function. I see no issues with the durability. Just don’t lean on it or put things on it. Power is amazing and food cooks quickly and evenly. Some others disliked that the screen goes blank until you open the door. I don’t notice this as an issue. You have to open the door to put your food in first. The only time it requires opening is to use the timer function. We are very impressed with the look, features, quality and price. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. I bought the white one for my son and I am glad I did. This is one of the easiest furnitures I have ever assembled. The parts are labeled correctly and they are all packed separately. Not one scratch. Also, first time assembling where the screw actually fits perfectly! That has always been a struggle with other furnitures I purchases in the past. It came with an actual screw so that was really helpful as well. Very easy to assemble. I love the LED light and the option to be able to rearrange or change how the deak looks.
