Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. The Good This pull-out shelf is exceptionally well-made and feels incredibly sturdy once installed. The wood finish is high-quality, and the full-extension rails operate smoothly, making it effortless to access items at the very back of the cabinet. The Installation I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to install. The provided instructions were great—clear, logical, and easy to follow. Additionally, the included alignment guide was a fantastic touch that made the setup much more precise and straightforward. The Sizing (A Note for Beginners) The only challenge I faced was deciding on the final dimensions. Despite measuring four separate times to be certain, my lack of experience in this area made the sizing process a bit confusing. I really love the shelf, but looking at it now, I do wish I would have ordered it one inch wider to fully capture the potential of the space. Because of the sizing gap, I currently have a 3/4-inch space on each side that cuts down on the usable surface area. A very good range/stove that we have used for the last year. It has a few idiosyncrasies to which we have become accustomed. The clock is ridiculously hard to set. We have to look it up every time the time/date changes. There is no automated option. No smart connection for this unit at all, which is a plus and a minus. The power is insanely good. It can boil water so fast. The oven is very even. The unit feels solid. Placing a pot on an unused hob will result in a clicking noise that happens every few seconds. At first this drove me nuts, but now it's fine. The induction is fairly loud, especially when placed at a high level. The stainless steel scratches fairly easily. At first this was annoying, but now it's a kind of patina. This thing gets some serious use daily and I'm okay with it. Delivery was uneventful. I did need to make some mods to my electrical outlet but that was no big deal. Cost me $200 to get an electrician out. Make sure you have the outlets and plugs that you want/need in advance.. Adam.
