The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. The couch is ok for the price. It was easy to set up. The beige is a nice beige. I was worried it would be too light. The fabric feels cheap. The cousins do zip off to clean. The back cushions are very flat. I tried to leave the back cushions out for a day to expand. That didn’t help much. If this is your budget for a couch it’s ok. I would not buy it again.. Tiffany. Very nice couch for the price. Delivery was questionable but gladly couch arrived without damages even though boxes were not intact.
