Overall helpful converting my duffel to a roller bag! It just requires that you are pretty conscientious about distributing the weight evenly from side to side, and keeping the bag in place by making sure the bungees are tight and have multiple points of contact across the bag. Maintaining pressure on the up and down button I am sure is a safety feature, but until you become a seasoned pro it takes a little finesse.
