I bought this to run my iron worker because I didn’t have 3 phase electric. My shops single phase . The directions are decent. I wish someone would make a video on how to adjust the settings that’s the only confusing part . I need 60HZ but my machine is working on the factory 50hz setting so for now that’s where it’s gonna stay. I had to bypass the factory control board & wire it directly to the motor. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Of course, this time the purchase was absolutely perfect with zero issues, so I didn't even need to contact customer service.
