My chair arrived intact and on day expected. The FedEx driver was putting it on the carport which was great due to expect. I asked if he could take to my feet family room door just about 15-20 ft from where he was leaving it and he did, earning him a tip. The chair had no damage and I noted that the dust cover at bottom of the chair was actually cloth instead of the paper like stuff that’s often used. I’m 79 yo and moved the box into the house, removed and inspected everything by myself. I attempted to attach the wings to the back but was unable to get the brackets to slide into each other so had to wait for help. Once that was done the rest was easy. I love the color and like many have said in reviews the seat is hard. I expect it will soften up with uses. The fabric is nice and I expect to get many years of use from this chair. Beautiful chairs as pictured on website. BUT the assembly was a nightmare for my husband who can fix anything! He had to drill holes & pull out many of his tools. If you buy these chairs and are not a do-it -yourselfer, pay for the assembly that Wayfair offers. I waited awhile few weeks to write this review. First I loved the look of the navy blue chairs. They were very well packaged. Nothing damaged. Assembly was a breeze. The back cushion is oh so plump and lets you sink in a little bit. Not too much. Perfect amount. The seat cushion is not as plush. I’m hoping it gets a bit less firm over time. It’s by no means hard. You sink in, but I wish it felt more like the back cushion. That would have been so much better. The cushions are zippered so I may add more filling later. The fabric is great, feels like it will last awhile. It’s not thin, it’s thick. Like a denim feel. As you can see the back of the chair is angled, it’s like a permanent reclining position with very deep seating. And that’s why I ordered it. But it’s not the best sitting position unless you have an ottoman. I’m trying to find the ottoman that they used to sell with this chair, but until then I’m adding a pillow behind my head to support my neck and keep it more upright. Otherwise it’s just not as comfortable as I feel it should be. It will be better after I add the ottoman. Overall it’s a great sturdy chair. It is deep, so shorter people may find a back cushion more comfortable. I really like the fabric, the style and it rolls really well. Instructions so so but if you look closely at the pictures it’s not too bad.
