This is a great chair! It was easy to put together and came with very large and clear instructions. The chair is covered in a microfiber fabric and is very comfortable. The lumbar pillow is a great addition and adds some back support for long hours of studying or playing video games. Unfortunately the headrest hits my son in a weird spot because he is so tall. I’m impressed with the quality of construction and the seat is more comfortable than expected. The setup is solid and heavy. Assembly was easy and had it built in an hour. The only con is: Instructions don’t show how to attach the seat to the base. To attach the seat you must release the slide rails and pull them forward and back to get the bolts in. I am not going to lie. I was leery, but my expectations were exceeded just on the packaging alone! Took me about an hour to put together, instructions were easy-ish to follow. The operation is smooth, very quiet when moving up/down. The wiring threw me off a bit, as the light controller is in the box with the desk and everything else is in the box with the frame. I am very pleased, it feels sturdy. Caution, the box with the frame is much heavier than expected, but you can tell quality went into the making. Didn't have to program the motors or calibrate them. The cup holder is a nice touch for sure! I do wish it came with a PC tower holder, but there was room on top for the desktop. I am a developer, not a gamer, but it's perfect for my setup! The price is higher than many of the others but I chose this one, because the top is a solid piece and not split like a majority of the others.
