We opened the box and realized I didn't read the description well enough ( not Wayfair's fault). I just didn't realize this faucet is very "tall". I had to return bc it didn't fit our space. Therefore, I can't comment about functionality (since we didn't install), but I can tell you it is beatiful and looks just like the picture. I love the pull down aspect of the faucet. It has a long enough reach that I can clean both sides of my sink with ease. The soap dispenser works amazingly. The water flow has enough pressure to rinse everything away with cleanly. There was not a lot of noise with using the pull down faucet or the soap dispenser.
