I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Good quality and easy to work with. Can be cut with a utility knife. Compared with the photo, it's more brown/tan with less red oak overtones than in the photos. It doesn't look bad, just not what I envisioned based on the photos. I had wanted something a little bit more on the warm side. Not 100% thrilled, but I was able to install it myself and it is nice-looking flooring, reasonably realistic and not too plastic-y. Edited to say: the photos are of the Orchard Orange color (as you can see, it's not very orange). I liked the quality and ease of working with the product, so I re-purchased the other color - Blossom Light Beige - for a different room.
