This headboard is very well made! Better than the pic ad! The material and construction makes it look expensive! It is perfect for adding a bit of a nice touch to the look and feel of my bedroom. As far as delivery, timing was about a week. Packaging was okay as there was an open part of the box when I received it. However the packaging inside was done nicely that it protected the open end part of the box. Initially I was concerned that one side would come out dirty. No harsh chemical smell, purchased in the queen size. Headboard is adjustable but even at its highest height, it’s not as tall as our other upholstered headboards. Not a problem as it was placed in one of our guest rooms. This bed is an amazing product. Super sturdy not as fluffy which I loved. I was kind of worried about whether or not it would be too fluffy and it’s perfect. Please make sure you put this bed in place where it needs to be because once you put the mattress on top of it, it will not budge. I have the king size in alabaster, and we love it! We needed something low profile because our room is vaulted and we were considering placing it on the short side walls.
