Didn’t get the table we ordered. Got two chairs we did not order. When I reached out to rectify the situation the entire hassle of returning the giant box of chairs I did not order - getting it down 5 flights of stairs, rescheduling the pickup that was scheduling without consulting me about availability, packing it up, is falling to me.
