We purchased this product for our great grandson. It is very well made. It is sturdy and well built. We had a crew of three install it for us. They were very nice and very capable. This is a good product that I would highly recommend. The top deck has a motor city that is fun and fit hot wheel size cars. This is a big hit with the little. This is a great set! We were thrilled to get such a good deal too. As other reviews mentioned, it did take six hours to build and some holes needed to be adjusted, but no hardware was missing. Don’t even attempt without a drill and have a second (possibly third) person to help. The “sandbox” area underneath doesn’t seem appropriate for sand because the planks are too low. I can’t imagine it holding much sand and a kid sitting on top, but it’s fine. We weren’t putting sand anyway. The kids think it’s a little secret hangout to play with other toys. You do need to use anchors or else the set will move with enough kids on it. The anchors are VERY long, so we bought shorter ones because we are anchoring into turf and not thick sod. If you live somewhere where you can have real grass, the anchors it comes with will be fine…. I have the kids swing opposite each other to balance out their weight just in case. Slide is sturdy and fast, but is mounted well for safe landing. The wide swing can hold two kids - that’s been a hit. What I’ve noticed, it’s a set for smaller children… like preferably toddlers. My daughters are 6 and 9 and they say it feels small, but still play on it fine. My oldest will have to eventually crouch and crawl, but kids are nimble lol. My son is 3 and it’s just perfect for him! We already had a party with a bunch of kids. At one point there were about 10 kids crawling all over this thing and it held up fine! My grandkids are spoiled This play set is fantastic! Based on the other reviews, I was worried about the size but it is perfect! Four-sided with all kinds of activities, double slides (yes, they are a bit steep and fast but no ones complaining), a rock wall, swing set, monkey bars, an upper fort and a lower area with a serving window and bench. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions were a pain. Also the boxes are delivered with box 3 on top which is good to access the installation instructions but the floor is in box 1 where we started. Screws and parts were in packages that didn’t match the instructions. Had to play hunt and seek for everything. The truss information in the instructions were wrong as only two trusses had the notch for the door but no reference for the other 2 matching trusses we had so ended up instead of removing the whole roof and taking an additional 4 hours we had to adjust the trusses for the door manually to accommodate the door swing - why all trusses aren’t the same is beyond me or the instructions were better. First off my grandsons 3, 6 and 7 love this swing set. It is very sturdy. THAT BEING SAID we opted to put the set together instead of professional installation - WHAT A NIGHTMARE! The set was delivered via truckline and sent on a pallet (took about 3 weeks to receive). There were quiet a few boxes. First off the boards were not in a "specific" box (for example the tower boards mixed with swing boards. etc) SOME of the boards (not all) had the item # on them. The hardware - well we had probably 5 bags in different boxes with 5/8 washer. and there are A LOT of screws and nails, etc. You are going to get duplicate of a lot of the hardware. The directions were NOT GOOD AND ALL OVER THE PLACEI .It listed all the hardware and all the boards with extra boards that are not even for this set and not all the boards have holes drilled! They send 2 different drill bits but we had to purchase a paddle drill bit too. It took my husband and daughter from May 24th until June 9th to complete (doing a little everyday but was many rainy days hampering everything. ). If you chose to take on this task my opinion open all boxes and sort boards that are alike together. I also took ziplock bags and put all the hardware that was the same together because so many screws and nails were the same. If it is in the budget HIRE A PROFESSIONAL! Good luck and enjoy!!!!.
