After a full raining day, no wather inside and the water flows super easy on the sides. i planed to put a lock but looks strong and secure and the two ventilation windows keep it fresh inside. Only one issue and it was my fault. i loose the two bushings AHO and the two AHP from model 60396 to suport the two doors and now its imposible to get those doors lined up. See picture attached. This side-entry shed has been the perfect addition to my yard. It provides just the right amount of space to free up my garage, allowing me to park both cars comfortably. Also the boxes are delivered with box 3 on top which is good to access the installation instructions but the floor is in box 1 where we started. Screws and parts were in packages that didn’t match the instructions. Had to play hunt and seek for everything. The truss information in the instructions were wrong as only two trusses had the notch for the door but no reference for the other 2 matching trusses we had so ended up instead of removing the whole roof and taking an additional 4 hours we had to adjust the trusses for the door manually to accommodate the door swing - why all trusses aren’t the same is beyond me or the instructions were better. After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. I love my storage shed!! As long as you follow the directions on YouTube and in the booklet you’ll be fine. It took us a total of 8 hours split between two days. It has a good amount of space! Overall this shed is extremely good for the price. The assembly took a good bit for two of us to put it together. The instructions can be a little difficult to understand at times so really pay attention to what the picture shows. The interior is huge! The headroom is great. Can easily stand up straight and have room to spare. The design has the windows caddie corner from each other, but I didn’t want one facing the house and it was simple to cut the notches for the trusses to fit into. If you want a good shed. This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. These were the best and most thorough assembly instructions I have come across. It shows the love that Lifetime employees put into their products. A manual full of instructions and clear illustrations. There was no missing hardware and the resulting building looks great and ready to be packed with items. You might be able to find a cheaper storage building, but I would question whether its quality or looks can compare to my Lifetime buildings. All I get are complements.
