Assembly was very straightforward and I honestly could’ve done it without the instructions. You get all the tools you need, which is just one small Allen key and a little wrench. There are like 12 bolts needed in total. It’s very heavy once put together and takes up a lot of space width and height wise. I was thinking the benches would fold under the table and they do not. Because of that, it takes up a lot more room width wise than what I was expecting. On the plus size, this will be really nice for gatherings and the plastic tops will clean up really easily. It fits great in our townhome balcony! Not too big but enough for 2 or 4 adults depending on what mode it is on. Putting it together was not too hard, the only thing that threw me off for a bit was that the arm rests seemed like they were on the way when changing mode. I bought this table for our pontoon boat. I love it because it's lightweight, and simple to assemble. The sling that attaches under the table is a brilliant idea. I store paper dishes, napkins, bags of chip, phones, or anything I don't want to fly away or get wet. I put a non skid mat on the table to prevent food items from sliding off, esp when waves from other boats come along. I keep the legs in the low position to make food/snacks accessible for the grandkids. Although our boat has a small table this one is more practical for us. The table stores nicely in the carry bag.
