Got an open box one and it was a steal. Very sturdy and huge. Fits 8 comfortably but you can get away with 10 chairs max (I had 10 chairs and tried it out, it's a little tight but it will work). I love this table. For our home to have a commercial-quality product like this at an affordable price made this a great buy for our family. There were no assembly instructions included but it was intuitive enough for us to figure it out and all the parts were there and undamaged.
