This side-entry shed has been the perfect addition to my yard. It provides just the right amount of space to free up my garage, allowing me to park both cars comfortably. After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. They really need to re-engineer the doors as they are junk. They slide and move, I think I will need to rebuild this summer and make them more solid. No leads, it holds the ATV and Lawn tractor.. I love my storage shed!! As long as you follow the directions on YouTube and in the booklet you’ll be fine. It took us a total of 8 hours split between two days. It has a good amount of space! Made in USA! As of today, my shed is 90% assembled. Not too physically difficult to put together but definitely need two people. I suggest using the assembly manual as a reference and watching videos on YT from people who have assembled them. It’s critical that the base is level and solid. I really love the look of my shed. The hardest part was snapping the corner panels into the floor. We manage with one person pulling down on the panel while another pried up the floor to snap it into place. This shed provides plenty of room for me to clean out the garage and have items readily available instead of piled up. The shed seems to be sealed up nicely. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together.
