Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25" spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. Sat Apr 25 2026

We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! We live in New Hampshire, where winter wind chills can (and do) often hit -30F. Not even ONCE have we worried the tub would fail to handle the low temps.. Anonymous. Fri Mar 20 2026

Slow on shipping but a pretty easy setup. A little tough to figure out the controls. Wish the lower back jets were stronger as that’s where I need it most and at full blast you don’t even realize they are there. But a decent a decent u it for the price, nice cover. Jenn. Going on 3 years now and it was one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. It’s super power efficient, it stays 104 degrees even in sub freezing temps and has required no maintenance.
