It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana. We really like this waterproof mattress pad. We have a dog who sometimes has small accidents during the night. The pad fits our deep mattress easily and the fabric prevents any moisture from seeping through. One tip, we bought this as a replacement for the exact pad. Do not wash in a washer with an agitator. The Levant texture is a semi-smooth, matte surface composed of shallow valleys and abrupt edges much like leather. It has a 75 mil overall thickness and provides exceptional beauty and lasting durability. The spun-bound backing provides a perfect foundation for the adhesive to create a great bond.
