I researched many different floor brands (big box stores and online) and got tons of samples. My local flooring store gave me some really big samples to take home for a few days to view in various lighting. I was stuck between the Mannington nougat and praline. I was looking for a match for flooring I installed 10 years ago, I had a few boxes left over that I install and wanted to install it in another area and needed a few more boxes to complete but didn’t want to pay a flooring site $500 for it, Wayfair had this that looked identical in color and grain pattern but called a different name but same brand Mohawk. I purchased for $50 and took a chance and it is the same as Cheyenne Rock Oak with just a slight lighter shade, mixed with the other floor you can’t see any difference.can you see any difference in the photo. Beautiful color pretty easy to install once we got the hang of it, but I’m already finding these aren’t as durable as I had anticipated. They’ve been installed a little over a month and I’m already seeing tiny scratches, which makes me nervous what they will look like a year from now… I thought these would be able to withstand our daily lifestyle Update I’m so upset that I went ahead and ordered more flooring after initially just doing my bedroom… I wanted to go throughout the house. However, these are soooo prone to scratches dings!!!! I have 3 kids, and our daily life is no match for these floors- a few months in and they are looking like they are 10 years old.
