I’ve been through at least 5 different door locks and not one of them has held up like this one has. Installation was easy and quick, mostly because I’ve done this a few times already. The reason for 4 stars is because sometimes my fingerprint doesn’t work. I then have to type in the passcode when I was to lock and unlock the door. I also wish it came with 2 keys instead of one but that’s not a deal breaker. I don’t really use the app, but it’s there if I need it. I installed the Level lock and Connect kit myself and it was super easy and beginner friendly! This lock is very well made and sturdy. I LOVE the features it provides, you can access your home with the key cards that are provided, you can unlock it using the level app on your phone and it also gives you normal keys which I love because it does look like a traditional lock!!
