Just as advertised. I was not expecting anything heavy duty. Everything was labeled VERY well and instructions were easy to follow (my only complaint was that in 2 sections it makes a point to say particular holes are “facing out”, but the illustration has them facing in). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas.
