I’ve been using this iron for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly made ironing way less annoying. The soleplate glides really smoothly, even over thicker fabrics like jeans, and it doesn’t snag or stick. It heats up pretty fast, which is great when I’m in a rush. Great iron! I have one that I use at home which I love! I don’t iron much but when I need it , it’s always ready to go. I purchased one for my son in college. It has the steam option making it ready to handle the “sitting in a pile of clean unfolded clothes on the floor for a month because I’m too busy studying but I have an interview in an hour” emergencies. Love it. Brother quality at its best. Love the stitch option, easy bobbin and all the included accessories, including a surprise extended work space. Some reviews complained about not being able to wind the bobbin. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good.
