Sofa was delivered faster than expected! No missing or damaged parts. Although instructions were mostly pictures, they were easy to follow. I built it myself and took about an 1.5h. The back cushions are a bit flat, the seat cushions are thick and firm. Did not expect the back part of the sofa to be a piece of metal and light fabric covering it, but for the price I can’t complain. Works for its purpose for now but don’t expect it to be durable in the long run. I love the color and am happy with the purchase! (the plastic on the sofa is to protect from my cats scratching). Very well-made velvet sofa. The fabric is really beautiful. You will notice that the back does come in two separate pieces as well as the base of the sofa. It does sit lower to the ground, but is very comfortable. I will use it with my Staging business and it will get a lot of use. Is on the heavier side. That can be a positive if you are using it for every day use. It is long and you could easily stretch out for a nice nap. Overall, I love the sofa. The only negative would be the separate pieces that come together to form the long sofa. I realize this is probably easier for shipping. But if placed against a wall, it is not noticeable.. Susan. Really love this chaise lounge! It is extremely comfortable. Its like having a second bed. Its my dog's favorite piece of furniture too. I was able to build it by myself. It wasn't hard. It comes in two huge oversized boxes tho that weigh 90ish pounds each. The cushions immediately puffed up for me. The only thing i was a little disappointed on is it doesn't look like the picture.
