Got this a few weeks ago, came in multiple boxes, some pretty heavy. Once inside was easy enough to put together alone with the instructions they provide as everything is numbered. it is firm & as a couch not very deep (I’m 5’4” so works ok for me sitting but wouldn’t recommend it to are taller).
