I’m really happy with these foam mats. I used them in my garage, and they’ve worked perfectly for creating a comfortable workout space. The interlocking pieces made installation quick and simple, and they fit together securely without shifting. The 34-inch thickness gives good support and makes workouts more comfortable, especially for bodyweight exercises and yoga. I also like that they help reduce noise and protect the flooring underneath.
