This item is a gift for Christmas so I have not had the opportunity to use the paddles yet. They look very sturdy and well made. Each paddle is nicely wrapped in bubble wrap. The four balls that came with it are as nice as the higher end balls I have. The only problem is that this is a gift and the boxes are totally covered in a thick rust smelling liquid that has dried up all over the box. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one week of use I have observed that this dishwasher gets the dishes clean (even the stuck on stuff on heavy duty cycle) and is very quiet. It does what it is supposed to do. The only issues I have are that the silverware basket is too small (it needs to be twice as long) and and that you have to download an app to your phone and connect to your dishwasher in order to use some functions (i.e. machine care or rinsing).
