I’m still moving into my place but I needed a fridge that was narrow and this is perfect. I love the look and the inside looks more spacious than I expected. The fridge gets five stars. Wayfair gets zero. This was the most painful delivery process imaginable. When you order you get a delivery window with the information that you can specify what day you want it delivered once the order is processed. When that time came, I went online and chose my delivery day as the one they initially provided me was before I’d be moved into my new house. Everything seemed fine until I got text messages about it being delivered the original day. I went online again to see why it reverted back and I couldn’t even get to the page without it crashing. Same on the app. Customer service was awful. I finally talked to someone from their large parcel delivery team who was super friendly and help me reschedule again, confirming with me that I was all set. Until the original date comes around I start getting text messages about it being on its way and to reply to the text if there’s an issue. Of course there’s an issue, I’ve rescheduled more than once now. Replying back as instructed of course did nothing. I finally talked to the delivery people and told them I don’t live there yet and that I’ve rescheduled more than once, they were great and basically echoed how horrible this company is to deal with. So now I’m at a point where I have to wait for them to put it in as undeliverable and reschedule, though of course my original date I had confirmed twice is no longer available so book it for two days later than desired. This day finally comes around and I am tracking the delivery online and everything looks okay. Wouldn’t you know it, Wayfair calls me and says they’re calling to confirm that I’ve requested to reschedule for another five days later! I don’t even know where they pulled that BS from but I was like look, it’s out for delivery and if it doesn’t make it here I’m just returning it and going somewhere else, it’s not worth it at this point. The delivery guys did show up and were great, and like the others from the week before echoed that they’re not surprised by the miserable customer service and ordering process. Absolutely love this refrigerator. It is my first counter-depth refrigerator and I was very concerned there would not be enough room to store all our food in it. I have been pleasantly surprised with how much space there is and the third/middle drawer is an added bonus (I have been using it as a beverage drawer and have yet to use the freezer option). Ordered this is dark grey and it is absolutely perfect. Its by chance that I found this because we had already ordred one from a big box store that was delayed on the shipping for six months. I was so frustrated and started to look elsewhere. We were limited because the custom cabinets were already installed and there was no way we were going to pull them out. Then I found this fridge. I was concerned because it wasn't a known brand that I knew but am thrilled! The handles are perfect for my mother in law who has arthritis and easy to open. I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. Our old fridge needed an upgrade and let me tell you. This is it!!! Its elegance makes out kitchen space look new and modern and I love how much fits in it. The lights inside are bright and light up when the door opens which helps a lot when looking for something. The veggie drawers are easy to open and close and they are fancy looking. I love the push back drawers to make the bottom drawer fit our tall things like milk and juice. I am loving the AI feature which helps keep the temperature just right and makes my fridge feel modern.
