We redid our entire first floor with LVP and this did a great job reducing the noise. A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. Although it can be installed over wood or concrete subfloors, the quiet walk can manage moisture that surfaces in the form of vapors that naturally come up from concrete subfloors. Since quiet walk and concrete are both "breathable" capillary products, vapors that are emitted will never accumulate under the pad into harmful moisture, while the attached vapor barrier protects the overlying flooring from any attacking moisture. With quiet walk flooring underlayment, you get better moisture protection as the fibers manage serious moisture concerns.

The monogram ice maker is less than a year old. It stopped working. When I contacted the service group, I got a message that there will be a service charge.
