We redid our entire first floor with LVP and this did a great job reducing the noise. Awesome product, especially if you are utilizing as an underlayment, in order to lay down LVT (Luxury Vinyl Planking. It also has excellent insect repellent capability, sound deadening qualifies and insulating characteristics. Since they come in 2’x3’ sheets they are easy to manage. I would suggest stapling down instead of gluing down. Best to use a pneumatic staple gun to nail down in corners, in lieu of glue. You really don’t want those toxic fumes in your home.. Marty. I believe in labeling everything that comes into our home so I can keep up with the freshness and use frequency of everything. These labels are very easy to write on identifying the contents and date placed in the refrig and/or freezer, preferably using a Sharpie pen, and easy to remove with no residue left behind 9 times out of 10 times.
