The delivery service was good. Was just surprised to see the two delivery persons carrying the stove into the house rather then using a dolly !!They seemed to do a good job though. This is a great wine cooler! Looks very classy installed under-cabinet, and cools wine to a consistent temperature in both zones. The compressor is audible when it kicks on, but is not too loud or obtrusive. The shelves are first rate...they glide out easily on rollers. My only concern is longevity of the unit, based on other reviews. I took out a 5-year warranty just in case. Overall, a great unit. There are some additional things I would like to see on the unit (ability to turn lights on/off without opening the door for example), but these are my preferences. So far so good!. Brian C. I use this fridge for large amounts of greens, which I keep for my bunnies. It has a lot of room, considering its size, and it doesn't weigh much, so I can slide it around easily on a piece of cardboard. It took me a bit to find the temperature adjust wheel in the back (find it before you put stuff in there!) and it took a few tries to find the optimum temperature setting. I'm not 100% sure the temperature is even throughout the inside. It's a great value, though, seems to hold its temperature and keep things cool, and I like that it qualifies as an Energy Star appliance.
