My husband has a Laguiole pocket knife he loves, so when I saw these, I just knew I had to have them! Right out of the simple wooden box with a space for each knife, the presentation feels special. The handles are a highlight; I love that each one has its own color. They're mismatched and whimsical, but also practical and comfortably weighted, so they feel great in your hand. Some of my favorite Laguiole features are the slight curve and the "bee" emblem at the base of each blade. This is a great set. The acacia cutting board has a nice pattern. The small serving knives are cute. The handles are obvious looking plastic, but they are still attractive. I love the larger serving set with the clever. The knives are in a plank of wood that makes a nice presentation if you’re giving them as a gift.
