Whirlpool tub itself looks pretty good. Measures out to what the specs state. What I believe is a sprayed on fiberglass reinforcement backing could be thicker on the sides as a few areas are thin enough to show light through. The drain hole has a sealing surface on bottom of the tub which is either machined flat or molded in flat. It is off centered from the drain hole itself and pretty rough on one side as a result so Im hoping the drain will still be able to seal properly. Even with these issues the tub overall is decent, but I feel the build quality should be better for the price point. Kohler needs to step up their quality control. Even the Kohler sticker was crooked and off center so had to be repositioned. UPDATE I wanted to update this review as the tub was replaced with a different tub of the same model of much better build quality after speaking directly with Kohler and Wayfair. Kohler customer service stated not to install the tub and to return it as it was defective in build quality.
