I received this clock on 4/23/26, installed the batteries per the instructions and it worked perfectly. Two days ago, it just stopped. I replaced the new batteries with new batteries. The faucet has a proximity sensor to be completely touchess. It also works with touch or manual tilt on and off. The led even changes color to indicate water temperature as the water warms up. It also had a beautiful sleek design. Installation was not too difficult, the instructions were detailed, but the box was missing one small nut we easily matched at the store to get it installed properly. The kids won’t be wasting water leaving the faucet on now as it automatically shuts off. It says the batteries should last for years so this will continue to be efficient as it is nice to look at. Product = 5 Stars Wayfair customer service = 4 Stars Actual ability for Wayfair to get me the correct item on time = 0 Stars Initially, item sent quickly and arrived on time. However, the item in the box clearly had already been (at least partially) installed and put back into the box! Customer Reps I spoke with each time were friendly and apologetic. They offered a small discount, but I paid for a new item and wanted a new item, or at least 50% off. They got a new one ordered and although I offered to return the 1st item, they told me to keep it. New ETA came and went and for 8 days status was simply "We are looking into a delay". Finally, 18 days after initial ETA I had to cancel, as the plumber was already scheduled, and we had to have the parts. Ultimately the plumber thought everything looked ok and we ended up using the "used" column. It turned out to be free - ironic since they refused to go higher than 20% discount! No complaints with Wayfair reps on my 4-5 calls, just frustrated that they couldn't tell me why my item was delayed! Product itself does exactly what we need it to and looks great in new shower! Also - Wayfair sent me 55 emails in 1 month requesting this review. (The last few days have been 3 emails within 1 hour each day!) 12 were marked as "FINAL REMINDER". Ha!. Kelly. Omaha, NE.
