It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. I recently purchased the LG Probake Convection, Air Fry, InstaView Selfclean, EasyClean and Snart, Stainless, Freestanding Electric Range, and it’s been a great upgrade. The InstaView is one of my favourite features being able to check on food without opening the oven is perfect for baking and helps keep the temperature steady. The ProBake Convection cooks faster and more evenly, which I noticed right away. I enjoy cooking with the cooktop. It’s heats up quickly, and distributes heat well, and the smooth glass surface is easy to clean. The different element size are really practical depending on what you are cooking. The built in Air Fry is a nice bonus, and I like that it alerts you if the oven door is left open. Small details, but really helpful. My family appreciates the Wifi connectivity. Being able to preheat the oven remotely through the app is a level of convenience I didn’t realize I needed until now. It helps, especially on busy days. I find the stove very attractive, easy to use, and so far have no great issues. The stove is quite good, but there are a few things which could be better or perhaps I just need to adapt to new ways. When the stovetop is hot, there is no indicator of which element is the culprit. Fine if you were the one using it, but ambiguous when you were not. My old stove had an array which indicated the location of hot element...I just have to adapt. Another modification, for which I will just have to readjust...is that it is hard to see if the elements are off by looking at the oven knobs, from afar. Yes, you can see if they are straight up and down...so it is likely they are off, but one time I thought the elements were off, and they were just at a low setting...so a more distinguishing feature for the off section of the knobs, aside from a thin indent, would be beneficial. The inside of the oven is very nice - love the blue and it seems that temperature controls are working well. However I do find the racks less sturdy than my old oven, and I miss the split rack, which allowed me to put taller containers in the oven. I like the double timer feature, where you can switch between hours and minutes quickly. I must say that I was shocked while reading the manual...top of page 6...that you felt the need to give the following advice : "Never attempt to dry a pet in the oven." The LG dehumidifier works quite well. It's modern-looking, has a customizable humidity setting and a sensor that turns off the unit once the desired humidity level has been reached. It also senses when the bucket is full and when to clean the filter which is very easy to do.
