The screw hole appears to be dry stripped or improperly bored, making it impossible to secure the screw. As much as I love the aesthetic and truly wanted to keep these, I am forced to return them due to this manufacturing issue. I like the chair. My only complaint is that the chair should be priced right at what we bought them for. They look great, but don’t have the high end finishes of a 900 chair.
