It really cools, but with most air conditioners it cycles between cooling and just blowing air. Temperature goes down to 60, and the air is really cold when it's cycling. It has a remote control which is super convenient if you're using this in your bedroom and dont want to get out of bed to adjust the temperature. It can also connect to wifi which is a good added feature. It's surprisingly compact and doesn't take up much space. This is my second time buying this gazebo. I get so many compliments when people come over! The last one ended up getting ruined by a wind storm but I had it for several years and everything was holding up perfectly. The canopy fabric color did not bleach out and the curtains were still perfect. There was zero rust on the frame itself even with our harsh winters. Really like the way these look in the home. The slow silent close works very well. Only reason 4 not 5, the larger one I received doesn't close perfectly Flush on its own. Loved that you could choose your delivery date for large purchases (gazebo) through Wayfair. Delivery guys were great and delivered a gazebo right when they said.
