It’s a lot of parts and hours of work to assemble, need multiple people to complete. It’s not exactly 12x16, more like 11x15. It will look really good when I get to finish assembly. I put half of it together the night I got it, by myself. I love it. Firm but comfortable. The next morning I put the other half together and absolutely love it!
