I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. This is an inspired and not your everyday under-mount kitchen sink with a unique shape. A large full bowl for maximum function, and large bakeware or cookware. It has a slight pitch to the bottom of the basin for superior drainage. The sink comes with an included bottom grid which helps water to run below dishes. It also includes our colander drain with it's a deeper basket for collecting food scraps and watertight lid.
