This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. Love this toilet. I have the same one in a bathroom we remodeled 5 years ago and it is going strong. Super easy to clean, never have any problems with flushing. I love the toilet but the valve in the tank sometimes doesn't work. I have to take the tank top off to move the valve so the water will start to fill after the toilet is flushed.
