Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 stars for functionality, 5 stars for cleaning performance. This dishwasher does an amazing job at cleaning our dishes. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. Our client chose this corner tub for his project. It's a beautiful tub however, there are a few challenges that came with it. The overflow drain only came in one color which did not match his shower trim kit (we had to devise a solution for a matching overflow). In addition, because the back of the tub has a rounded edge it made a glass enclosure more costly which is why this client decided to go with a shower curtain rod.. Shannon. Dallas, TX.
