The Zephyr wine fridge was securely packaged (plastic, then foam strapped in on all sides/top/bottom, then heavy cardboard strapped to a padded pallet that was easy to move), the unit is in place, handle was the only needed install and was a breeze. We haven't installed yet. but we like the look and options. Ordered on the 6th of the month, received on the 8th of the next month (32 days). Shipping company couldn't find it on the day we were to receive it, moved delivery another week, then pushed us another week. Wayfair provided no help. I called and cancelled the order on the second missed delivery but they delivered it anyway.
