Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. This will take 2-3 people to assemble (3 people for the roof to make it easier). If you are putting this together yourself you and helper or two should be able to get it done in about 6 hours or so. Once correctly assembled it is very sturdy and is exactly what we were looking for a more permanent structure. This replaces an all cloth (with metal frame) gazebo that we had and it looks like it is going to last quite nicely. The mosquito netting on the top is a bit of a joke. It isn't big enough to fit all around the interior roof. By the time you get half of the net up, the other half starts coming off the Velcro. Maybe it will stretch out over time? PRO's: - Very Sturdy once all assembled and mounted down. - Shipped with a lot of foam padding and hard wood ends to protect the roofing from damage. - Minor bends from shipping that could be bent back with pilers. - Cloth curtains and inner bug netting does fit all around (if installed correctly) to fully enclose the gazebo. - Cloth curtains also appear to be made of good quality fabric. - Says it will hold up to 3,000 lbs of snow, and wind gusts up to 55 mph. Where I live it will test this! CON's: - 1 of the 3 boxes is EXTREMELY HEAVY. We just finished a DIY installation of the Honey-colored Adura® Flex Southern Oak Plank into our RV. We absolutely LOVE the results! This flooring has a high-quality look and feel. The micro-beveled edges and wood-grain embossing make this flooring look very much like real wood. The Honey color is rich and warm. I was a little worried that during shipping, individual boxes might arrive damaged. I'm happy to report that even though none of the boxes arrived in perfect condition, very few of the planks were damaged. One thing to note: this plank IS marked VERY lightly with one-way arrows which we totally missed until we after we had already glued down half of the floor. Beautiful, thick flooring with great waterproof backing. I have the flooring butted up to our original wood flooring and its pretty close to "natural." Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings!
