this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. I really Love these deck tiles! I was so impressed when we put them down. I am ordering more because I underestimated my area but even with what we have so far, it makes the back patio look so much better! You can barely tell that they are plastic even next to a wood tile. They are very easy to install! They go together like a puzzle and click into place. I couldn't believe how easy and fast we put them down. It took less than half an hour to put down the 44 pieces and makes the entire area look completely different! So far, they have made it through several rain storms and have not moved. They sit in place without shifting or breaking. We have put our deck chairs on them, and they are really great. I would definitely recommend these, especially if you are looking for a simple way to change the look of your patio. Also, if for some reason one of them gets ruined, it is like working with carpet tiles. You just take that one out and replace with a new one.
