Ok so I just got this the packing was awesome ! It is spray foamed after they put it in the box . It arrived safe its heavy as heck . Really pretty and glossy . Area on steam head for essential oils and a wonderful chromatherapy light, two control panels (inside and outside) and the auto drain. I purchase the in line filter too ( florida has hard water) . In all extremely pleased. Only reason it did not get a 5 star rating. Looking for a black matte finish on the steam heads and controllers, not available and the oil rubbed bronze look on these is just okay. We got this installed by the professional. It's not so easy for DIY. You need 240v electrical box. It comes with two controllers, one for inside the shower and one outside. It works good so far. I only have for a few days. It doesn't produce as much steam as I would hope, but enough to fill the shower. We have a large shower. It takes 3-5 minutes to fill the shower with steam.. Paxton. This mosaic tile is beautiful and will be using it for a curved front bar face for a commercial environment. As far as durability is concerned only time will tell when the product is installed and used with customer traffic. Will do second review update after installation and in usage at the cafe shop..
