However modern porcelain manufacturing has developed by leaps and bounds in recent years, and now with the availability of high-definition imaging technology, you can get a real marble-looking floor for a fraction of the price of the real stone. This tile is gorgeous! If you're not in a super rush, it's great. It took awhile for use to get it, once it was ordered. And, we did order extra, thankfully, because when it all arrived, a box was broken. Due to their size, only 2 tiles come in a box, so when 2 were broken, it was definitely a frustration and held up the installation slightly. Wayfair did handle the matter quickly and another box was sent out quickly, but there was lead time, again, from the return, so you need to be prepared for that, because it's not easy to return extra and the tiles are heavy. That is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5...because of the timeline and broken tiles. It would be a 5 star for the tile itself. I did a large shower and the contractor was adept at installing large format tile. If you don't have the right Contractor whose work you've seen before, I don't recommend using tile this large.
