Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. The shower arm and flange are made of Stainless Steel SS304 and will last much longer than normal stainless steel or zinc. The Wall Fitting is reinforced 1/2 in. NPT (Tapered) for a perfect, water-tight fit. The 8 in. rain shower head is made of chrome plated ABS, rated at 1.8 GPM with a removable water saver. The rubber nubbins (spray outlet holes) are made of high-grade soft rubber that will allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up. Easy to install, simply unscrew the old shower arm, apply included Polytetrafluoroethylene tape, and screw in the new shower arm, then screw on the shower head and you are finished, no special tools or experience needed.
