Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. HPWH is easy to use and consume little power. Not very noisy, can't hear it in house, but definitely would bother me if my office were in the garage. Keeps water warm overnight without using any power (or very very little). Concern is the durability of the anode rod - within two weeks, it is down to 98%. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. Solid, reliable water heater that does exactly what it should. The performance has been excellent so far—plenty of hot water and quick recovery. Installation was straightforward, and it operates quietly. The Smart features are kind of neat and fun to look at, but honestly not something I’d say is essential or worth paying extra for. It's not very loud--just a little white noise in the background that doesn't interfere with TV, music, conversations, etc. I do have to empty the tank every day (sometimes 2x), but it's easy to take out and dump in my sink so not a problem. My previous dehumidifier was the smaller version and ran continuously for almost a year, but then stopped working. I was refunded the amount I paid for that one, and in turn bought this one.
